"It (mostly) does its most basic job for me - downloading data from my scale and keeping a log of it - and offers additional options - logging a note, if I weighed before or after a meal, activity status, my mood. Not sure if they are good for anything. I find the options for mood annoyingly insufficient: not so good, just so-so, great. I would consider these 2, 2.5, and 5 on a 1-5 scale. I miss the options that would reflect how I usually feel: okay (3) and good (4). User interaction is mediocre"
